Letter from the
Master
- November 2009
Brethren,
The last time I addressed you, it was the start
of the Masonic year. Now sadly, it is already
nearing the end of my term as Master of the
Crittenden Dry Ridge Masonic Lodge. It has been
a privilege to serve such a fine group
individuals. I would like to thank all of those
who went the extra mile in order to plan,
organize, carryout and achieve all of our
Masonic events and goals throughout the year.
Congratulations to Brother Jason Deitz for being
appointed to serve as our District Deputy Grand
Master, District 18 for the 2009-2010 Masonic
year. I’m sure Brother Deitz will make our
Lodge proud and will certainly meet the high
expectations of our newly elected Most
Worshipful Grand Master, Todd Eastham.
Brethren, quoting a comment made by Brother
Deitz at our last stated communication, “We
[Crittenden Dry Ridge #694] are the flagship for
what Masonic Lodges should be doing not only in
our District, but across this great
Commonwealth”. This comment has been echoed
throughout our Grand Body and should make us
proud to be members of CDR #694. Our hard work
and efforts have truly shown over the last
couple of years and not only reflected in our
highly successful charity programs, but also in
our recent obtainment of the Grand Master’s
Excellency Award for the year 2008.
I can only hope that you all feel the same as I
in saying, what an honor it is to be a member of
the greatest fraternity the world has ever
known!! May the Supreme Architect of the
Universe keep, protect and bless each and every
one of you and let all take due notice and
govern themselves accordingly.
Fraternally Thine,
Jerry F. Keith II, Master
Crittenden Dry Ridge Masonic Lodge #694 |
